I blew the dust off the oven last night & had some family over for pizza.

Beautiful.  I love the balance of toppings - diverse yet not overabundant.  That's a really hard note to hit.

matt the pies look great! i like the way you cut your cheese looks like the method they used in a lot of the naples pizzerias. did you use a machine to cut it?

Thanks Larry.  I use a french fry cutter, the tool of choice in Naples.
