Yesterday's pizza
« on: July 23, 2012, 07:34:37 AM »
I blew the dust off the oven last night & had some family over for pizza.

These 2 were leftover

Looking awesome as usual.

I only had 3 slices left over last night - not sure what I'm going to eat this week now.

Beautiful.  I love the balance of toppings - diverse yet not overabundant.  That's a really hard note to hit.

Hey, welcome back! It looks like your oven did not blink after a long hiatus. The pies look stellar.

Thanks Larry.  I use a french fry cutter, the tool of choice in Naples.
