Made pizza Saturday. I made the dough around noon and let it rise twice as a single lump. Then separated into three balls and let it rise again. I used a pin to roll the balls out to fit 16" pans (they are actual pans from a Pizza Inn I worked at many years ago) and cooked them in a 400 degree oven.
I had some of the leftovers today. That brings me to my question - What is your preferred method of reheating left over pizza?
