I have designed and will be soon building a mobile light weight wood fired pizza oven. It is a 48 inch square with a low barrel shape stainless steel enclosure. I will cook on a soapstone deck. My favorite flour is Caputo "00". I favor thin crust pies. I am a senior with a pation for pizza and calzone.
