Disclaimer: I have had the my first WFO oven for only 2 weeks, and I have started to learn how to make pizza dough very recently.

I know I have a long way to go before achieving beautiful pizzas like Omid's and all the forum members here, therefore any criticism and advice is welcome.....

Paolo, that Marg. looks very nice! Have you taken any temp. readings on your new oven....the Margarita in particular?

Thanks Bob, I am still trying to figure out the exact temperatures and times in the oven.....

I believe the floor was around 900F, the dome over 1000F. Cooking time approximately 75 seconds....

Tomorrow night I am going to try a floor temp closer to 850F and may be a bit less cooking time?

Will show pics to see if there is any esthetic improvement.....

How are they not pretty?!

Look pretty good on this end.....that margherita looks like something I would very much enjoy eating. And certainly better looking than the last 4 places I have ordered a margherita from and paid money for.
