Production Picture of New Mobile Pizza Oven

The folks at The Fire Within sent me an update photo of our soon to be completed mobile unit. Doesn't look like much yet but I'm excited ;D. Ours is the black one in the front, just ready to start installing the oven now. Still scheduled to be completed on August 20th.....can you say 25 more days.

I have been looking to buy one from fire within also.  They look great in the photos and the specs are to my liking but I really haven't heard much about them except from their own videos.  Please let us know how it works and have agreat time with it.

You will absolutely love it!  I have one from their first production year; 2007.  They seem to get bigger and better all the time.  They have all kinds of bells and whistles you can add to the setup.  Mine has just one bell and a small horn.

did you move Pizza Police ? chky. looking good! hope you are cooking by sept 1  get to an orchard and pupmkin patch for the fall venue, constant stream of people to test your metal  ;D

Thank you kwm.....and John there is a huge pumpkin patch family fun spot about 12 miles from me runs every weekend in the entire month of october.....over 35,000 people a year average attendance for the month....owners of it are good friends with my best friend/boss, we have already spoken to them about it...so hopefully we will be ready...the only other food vender they have sells hot dogs and chips ;D

What?  And leave my five footer in the backyard?  Naaah!  Just some more body maintenance.  Had to have another SCS installed.  This time they had to drill it right into the spine.  So that slowed me down a might.  I'm back up now.  Really missed you guys.  John you are doing incredibly well.  Your stuff looks amazing!
