I am looking for a Gluten Free Dough Recipe?

I know how absurd this sounds but I am running an Italian Concession Trailer and I have Gluten Free Pasta but I do pizzas as well and have been looking all over for a recipe and came up with a few but they have all been duds so far, As a chef I will stand by my product quality and so far haven't found one I will endorse hope to get lots of responses though. This is important to me cause I have a friend who has Celiac's disease and she is severely limited to what she can eat off of my trailer cause of it. Thanks for any suggestions.

Hi there,

I have successfully used the Red Mill pizza gluten free mix. All the people I have served it to have been very pleased with it and said it was just like eating a normal pizza.
