Hello everybody, glad to have found this forum!
I grew up in New Jersey, about 45 min from NYC. Pizza has always been a great passion of mine-- my favorite food by far! I’ve been lucky enough to live in five states and travel quite a bit. I’ve had some good pizza, some GREAT, and some horrendous abominations that I refuse to call pizza

I’ve been dabbling in home pizza making with some success at mimicking my favorite, but want to take it to the "next level".
So i was very excited to read posts from others as passionate about "the pie" as I am and I’m impressed by the collective knowledge and experience of the folks here.
My dream is and has been to have a coal or wood fired oven, but circumstances make that difficult at the moment...
Anyway glad to be here and looking forward to learning!!
