Hello, my name is Jessica and I am from Burlington, NC. I came across this forum looking up different bread dough recipes and researching yeast. I like all kinds of pizza, New York–style, Chicago deep dish, Neapolitan-style pizza, St. Louis, California, etc. I like just about every topping there is as well, except for mushrooms and oysters...I keep trying them and still the same conclusion, yuck! The best pizza in my area is Mellow Mushroom, and I hope to find a recipe that I can make at home that rivals that.
