OTRChef

Hello everyone, I'm known as the OTRChef :chef:. I have lived in Chicago for most of my life and now have retired to Florida. I have been mostly known for my BBQ recipes, having appeared on the Food Network channel twice, but many know I make the best pizzas imaginable. The pizza I am known for the most is Chicago Thin Crust Pizza. My favorite pizzeria is Aurelio's in Homewood, IL. I've been eating pizza there since they opened. I have not only cracked their recipe, but have improved it so many have said. I hope to share my recipe for Aurelio's pizza with everyone.

OTRChef,

Welcome to the forum. We have several members who have been trying to divine the secrets of the Aurelio pizzas. I suggest that you start a new thread in the Chicago Style board to get things going.

Randy

Looking forward to pictures and descriptions of your thin crust.

Where do you live in Florida?
