With respect to the portion of the flour I was going to keep, I was thinking of splitting into into some 1 gallon ziploc freezer bags and maybe storing them in my 2nd refrigerator. Does anyone have a better suggestion of how to keep it?

I bagged about 25 lbs of it into ziploc bags, so if you are the only person that wants some, you can just take the rest in the bag it came in. No need to bring any bags or containers.
