Easy way around it. Call your pizza "Bar Room Pizza" or "Bar Style Pizza" or simply"Bar Pizza". Yes, the whole lawsuit is quite silly. I loved some of the replies though from other owners. Also, something is not right about registering a brand name in federal court.
