i did, the VPN Italian course here in Brazil, the maestro was Giulio Adriani, this was a very good experience, because i was able to discuss allot of info that i tested from this board.

Carmine D'Amato.  Excellent pizzaiolo, the classes are 1 on 1 and are at Settebello in Las Vegas.

I contacted Roberto to see if he would be willing break down the course in possibly 3 days at the time.  Say dough making the first class, then come back a few weeks later to learn about oven management and dough stretching techniques, and finally come back for pizza dressing, cooking and mozzarella making.....kind of a la carte course......

Would anyone be interested in anything like that?
