Has anyone here seen one of these ovens or understands clearly how the burner setup is designed ?
It appears to me that the burner is directly below the floor/deck and heats that directly
and also heat is deflected up and around the back,sides to heat the roof stones.
I gather that due to the fact that heat is coming up three sides is the reason they claim even heat on the stones so no rotating required.
Is this correct ?
I am looking to build another oven and looking at design options/ideas.
