I wanted to introduce myself to every one, my name is Rodolfo (Rudy) and i was born in Italy and i am a Certified Executive chef but my passion is pizza and i have about 35 years experience in the pizza business, my specialty is Neapolitan style pizza and wood burning pizza, i am also very familiar with the pizza from Rome italy which is "pizza al taglio" or also called "Pizza alla Teglia".
