Hello to Everyone

I wanted to introduce myself to every one, my name is Rodolfo (Rudy) and i was born in Italy and i am a Certified Executive chef but my passion is pizza and i have about 35 years experience in the pizza business, my specialty is Neapolitan style pizza and wood burning pizza, i am also very familiar with the pizza from Rome italy which is "pizza al taglio" or also called "Pizza alla Teglia". I enjoy reading your forum and i am very pleased to see how many people are willing to help each other and exchange ideas, if there is anything i can help with I would be happy to share with every one.

I have worked around the world, on cruise lines and now i am about to open a wood fired pizzaria near Vancouver Canada, after 39 years experience i am returning to my original passion of making world class pizza's.
