OK, not sure if this is the best place to post this or not, Peter had written a fantastic reply to the Use of a Preferment with 00 Flour string.

He discussed creating a spreadsheet for common weights and measurements, as well as common conversions.  With that in mind, I put together the start of a useable spreadsheet - credit to Peter, once again, a large part of this is pulled from his post.  This is something that we as a group can build on, so if itís something that you think may be a help, have at it.  If you have data to add, please share with the forum.
