Last night I came across this website, and thought it contained a bit of useful info for beginners

I looked at it very briefly, perhaps some can learn something from it, but I find things are overlooked like *what* type
of flour should be used .... if we look here at how to make dough, they suggest using all purpose flour, which we know

Anyway interesting info, but nothing beats a chat forum like ours where you get really good info, and input for your questions.
