That was an excellent review/overview of the Roundboy. We use ours every Sunday at a minimum. We actually make Pizza for an early Sunday lunch then use the remaining heat for dinner. The Spatchcock (Butterflied) Chicken is ALWAYS a huge hit. So are smokey wings and spare ribs (I found a rib rack makes it very easy to get an even cook on several racks).
I LOVE my WONDERFUL Sourdough breads (got my starter from breadtopia). I have been VERY happy with this ovens performance.
One thing I have noticed, I find it always easier to take it up to Pizza temps, and then let it drop or maintain rather than just trying to heat it to say 450 degrees....
