Hi All from Central Florida

Greetings all,

I'm a Pastry Professional by trade.  I've spent 20+ years in the pastry business in resort hotels and have now opened a small bakery/pastry shop in central Florida.  I've recently gained interest in Artisan bread baking and now Pizza.  I'm also very interested in Wood Fired Ovens.

Thanks Craig, got a lot of reading to do to try to figure all this stuff out LOL.  The Wood Fired Ovens look so interesting and cool..  the wheels are a turning..
