Fococcia bread for sandwiches
« on: September 19, 2012, 06:34:47 PM »
Over the weekend, I made focaccia bread using a recipe that appeared recently in the food section of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. It was easy to make, very tasty and has earned a place in my recipe book.

The first picture is the focaccia fresh out of the pan. The second is about an hour later, after being cut into squares. The last one is a sandwich made with deli roast beef, horseradish, a slice of mozzarella, romaine lettuce and sprinkled with garlic salt and black pepper.

I love pigs. They convert vegetables into bacon.
