Intro from Indiana
« on: August 19, 2012, 10:22:22 AM »
Hello everyone. I am Blaine, an aspiring pizza maker, residing in southern Indiana. I am interested in creating thin cracker crust pizza. I am also interested in making my own sausage. It seems most independent pizzerias are being forced out by national chains in this area, which severely limits access to good pizza.

Welcome Blaine.  Lucky for you, a good cracker crust is relatively simple.  Do you have access to a scale (weight) or are you going to forge ahead with volume measurements?  Glad to have you on board. :chef:
