Just wanted to drop in and say a quick "THANKS!" to all of you that have posted on your trials and errors. I have been reading and writing down some stuff, bought a new convection oven (kinda poor so running my gas oven would be very expensive over time), and some new pans.
ANyway, I tried about 5 or 6 pizzas since the day I joined here and I am now making some extraordinary pizzas! Not the greatest,mind you, but compared to what I have been making it is like night and day!
Shouold have taken pictures but wanteed to eat them too fast.
