So, wife convinced me we should build a new house - I "agreed". The original design had an outdoor fireplace under a covered patio setting off the kitchen. Well, with some skillful negotiation (begging), we have a greed that the fireplace should go away, and a pizza oven should come into play. So, here I am researching brands / models / etc. Size and $ come into play as key variables. I am currently looking at the Forno Bravo Casa2G100 - it's a titch big, but I can make it work. (Modular, $3k delivered, + base + stone finish work). I've only really looked at Forno Bravo's so far, and was wondering if any of you had recommendations, thoughts, experiences, etc you could share.
