Ischia- Correct way to pronounce

I stold some of Craig's starter.. Just Kidding he sent me home with a nice starter package in a jar.  I have managed to keep it semi-happy; it smells sourdoughish and doesn't get all hoochey unless I starve it (not intentional) for a few days.

Craig lost a non-food related bet at the Summit; but I digress...

So, what is the correct pronunciation of Ischia?
1) No, I'm not going to Google translate it.
2) No, I'm not going to search the internet for answers.

Lol, that still doesn't mean I knew how to pronounce Ischia.  Just ask Steve how I try to pronounce some words in Italian.  

I also think Peter was using his falsetto voice in his link for everyone to understand how to pronounce Ischia.  It sure sounded like it to me.

Actually, because of the rigidity of a just baked pizza, a pitchfork inspired peel wouldn't be a bad idea.  It would be far lighter than a traditional metal peel.
