I've been drooling over the build that you and your husband did for several months(It looks amazing!) and finally decided to join the forum. We're looking at buying a house in the Skypark development so our backyard isn't going to be enormous. The Fours Grand Mere seem really well constructed(i had been looking at Forno Bravo based on their proximity to where we live but I think its out now), I'm sort of stuck between getting the raised dome or the 9 and 3/4 inch version. I'd be using it mostly for pizza and breads but my wife will probably want to experiment with other dishes. Any feelings on cooking space for the 950c compared to the 800c(i'll probably only have space for the 800 at the largest but I havent seen it in person)? Poor pizza in Santa Cruz county has driven me to the hearth oven
