Hello there... I found a recipe from this site while looking up how to make pizza in a cast iron skillet. One of the people who posted a reply to it mentioned that Buzz's recipe gets "rave reviews," and I want that recipe. Since you gotta be a member to use the search functionality, I signed up.   :-D

all of these are missing one hugely important step- let the dough rise in the pan until doubled.  Press it down everywhere but the rim before topping.

Well, actually I've taken the time to read through the Sicilian board on this forum, and came up with my own recipe.  I haven't posted that yet, I guess I should.  Take a look at all the info available and just give a few recipes a try.  Well worth the time spent reading.   This style works PERFECTLY with cast iron!
