Excited to make my first NY style pizza tomorrow!

Hello,
I just moved to Calgary from Montreal, Canada
It seems that there are not many good pizza places in this town.. very different style from what I've had in Mtl
Well, so I decided to make my own pizza the way I like! haha
I have so much to learn.. I made the dough already and put it in the fridge.
Hopefully it will turn out to be good!
My first attempt to make NY style pizza!! lol

There are a host of Napoletana pizza restaurants in Calgary, it's the "in" food in town right now.  Tops is Double Zero (http://www.urbanspoon.com/r/15/1591077/restaurant/Stephen-Avenue/Double-Zero-Pizza-Calgary), there is also Pulcinella (http://www.urbanspoon.com/r/15/191396/restaurant/Kensington/Ristorante-Pulcinella-Calgary), Una (http://www.urbanspoon.com/r/15/1506460/restaurant/Uptown-17th-Ave/UNA-Pizza-and-Wine-Calgary) and Famosa (http://www.urbanspoon.com/r/15/1520192/restaurant/4th-Street/Famoso-Neapolitan-Pizzeria-4th-Street-Calgary).
This is a very short sample of the list... There are great pizza's at some of the Italian marketplaces as well, Lina's (http://www.linasmarket.com/) and Italian Supermarket (very straightforward name! http://www.italiansupermarket.com/), both in the north on near 20th, one on Center street, the other on Edmonton trail.
