'13 Chateau Valentino
So how does it taste anyway?
This batch was sweeter than others. Still very grapey and high proof (for wine anyway). It's still the old timers making it and that's how they like it. I'm planning on making my first batch this fall.
Roasted here in Houston.
What grape variety? I used to make wine with Finger Lakes grapes (Riesling, seyval blanc, pinot noir, baco noir, chambourcin, petite sirah, cab franc).
I'd love to try some member-made wine.
