Family disappeared for the day and dinner. I decided to enjoy myself! 1983 Nuits St. Georges. Incredible! Best of all, there's more in the stash.

Craig if you've never tried Black Cat from Intelligentsia Coffee you should! Doesn't mix too well with milk but with Rum, now that's a different story..... How is that Railen, sweet at all?

Sly, I had to check the pic, I forgot !!

Its the Giotto. Its very nice. The innards are 100% the same as the Cellini. The rotary pump is 1000% nicer than vibratory.

But the Black Cat is far and away my favorite espresso from it so far.

Cool. Yeah the cellini has the straight sides. Rocket makes a good quality product. That was the machine I really wanted, but didnt want to spend that much. I have not tried black cat yet. Lately I have been drinking double dog espresso from Buddy Brew in Tampa, FL. Kinda reminiscent of Metropolis Red Line when it was better.

Oh ya! I go there for a meeting on Tuesday mornings - unfortunately they are not on my diet at the moment...

Looks like the Makers Mark folks will continue to produce their mediocre Whiskey for now.

Love me some La Colombe Corsica (and Atellier). Their chocolate is really good, too!
