The Corsica is my son and daughter-in-law's favorite La Colombe coffee. I have tried to introduce them to other La Colombe coffees but they always seem to return to the Corsica.

Whenever I'm in Philly or NYC I hit La Colombe at least twice a day. Vivace in Seattle is very similar. So good.

TxCraig,

I would NEVER challenge you on "Fear Factor" or any other such t.v. show.

You are an enigma!!!!

While on the one hand you have such a profound appreciation and love for food, on the other hand I think you could probably survive for weeks on River Beetle/Dung Nettle salads without complaining or missing a beat!

And then you'd probably then post pictures of said salad that actually look DELICIOUS!!!

Actually, most of the juice concoctions Craig is whipping up likely taste pretty darn good. Seriously. I'm a big juicer and look forward to my vegetable/fruit juices in the morning.

That being said Craig would not be the person I would want to bump into on Fear Factor, Survivor, etc. Hunting, survival and cooking skills are too much to match! --K
