A little brandy, followed by a little bourbon.....I hate bourbon, not as much a scotch, but, that's what Craig's Bourbon, Bacon, Pecan Brittle recipe said to do, "good time to sip some of the chef's cut" so I had to follow the recipe.....RIGHT???

Brought back memories of my countertop fabrication days and 300+ degree hot melt glue. I'm feeling the 'stupid' bubble up on my finger as I type!!!!!!!!!! Still to hot to try though..........
