I have had several Genesee bock beers tonight, a local and seasonal favorite in NY state. My favorite beverage center has a good supply of bock this year, will probably still have some available well into the summer. Goes good with the sourdough NY style pie I drank it with!  ;)

LOL- can't wait. Just got done doing the last set of stretch & folds on the doughballs before the long refrigerated nap. The dough felt amazing - can't wait for tomorrow's bake! Standby for pizza porn pics tomorrow!  lol :chef:

Having a glass of cheap Cab. Sauvignon now - from the "Gaucho" mountainous region of Rio Grande do Sul, south Brazil.  When I say cheap, I mean 4 USD!

I've drunk my share of 2-buck Chuck myself - nothing wrong with that!
Well, the house is filled with inlaws and they're all in bbq mood- so my dough's nap just got extended from 24h to 48. Gotta love a Monday night pie. Glad you've been enjoying the posts Bob  :chef:

Time to heat up some more green tea.

It really is hit and miss :-D

Testament to Charles Shaw's glorious moments:
At the 28th Annual International Eastern Wine Competition, Shaw's 2002 Shiraz received the double gold medal, besting the roughly 2,300 other wines in the competition.[6]
Shaw's 2005 California Chardonnay was judged Best Chardonnay from California at the Commercial Wine Competition of the 2007 California Exposition and State Fair. The chardonnay received 98 points, a double gold, with accolades of "Best of California" and "Best of Class".[7] http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charles_Shaw_wine

If it was hit or miss year-to-year, that would be one thing, but it's run of the mill, so it's hit or miss bottle to bottle. I don't care if it's $2, $3 or whatever. If I'm going to consume 500 calories of something with no nutritional value, it's going to be something I like.
