Big, fat, pickled asparagus wrapped in a piece of bacon and deep fried was one of the best ever in a Bloody Mary. It was years ago in bar far, far away someplace in Germany in the mid 70's. Can't even remember the name of the place and only remember walking in the bar and waking up in the barracks the next day about 24 hours later
. I was told I was the pool and Foosball king of the night and had a pocket full of money with no idea how it got there! Sure wish someone had a video so I could enjoy it some 40 years later. The dark beer must have made pretty good washes to from what my buddies told me
