Rye bread in the oven, pastrami in the smoker.

I have 4 doughs and a load of wood, but I am beat.  It has been hot today, so I think it will be kitchen pizza tonight.

I did a couple pizzas tonight.  Playing around with white whole wheat -- they are in the specialty grain section http://www.pizzamaking.com/forum/index.php/topic,20809.msg207711.html#new

I was going to, but it rained all day, sorry!   :-\
I'd rather eat one good meal a day than 3 squares of garbage.

Craig,

If you would have included the whole Labor Day weekend, then I would have qualified.   :-D

I've baked at least one pizza every day for at least the last couple weeks. I don't think I've even eaten anything other than pizza, except maybe a few handfuls of chocolate chips.

your commitment to pizza is amazing, though i'd at least suggest you put some veggies on the next pizza! that can't be good for you.

A bit late but no pizza on Labor day.

Ribs, chicken and some brats for a small get-together with friends and family.
