Albert,

For the first time tying to make a Papa John's clone, I think you did very well. I then wondered whether Papa John's had any stores in Spain but, according to http://www.papajohns.com/international.shtm, they do not. That might have allowed you to compare your clone with a real PJ pizza.

Did you like the pizza after all was said and done?

Albert,

Maybe you can start a pizza shop in Barcelona called Papa Juan's, register the name, and start making your PJ clones. If that works, then add another Papa Juan's shop. That way, if Papa John's ever wants to enter the Spain market, they will have to offer you a lot of money to get rid of you  :-D.
