Norma,

Maybe you can embalm one of your pizzas from market and donate it to the pizza museum. Or maybe you can cremate it, put it in an urn, and donate that to the museum.

If they have a photo wall of shame, I mean fame  ;D....a small framed pic of lovely Norma tossing a skin at her market along with maybe a 'lil Pizzamaking.com excerpt/quote under the snapshot would be befitting and awesome..... 8).

Peter,

Lol, you always come up with unique ideas.  The guys told Steve and me if we any pictures or other stuff to send to Pizza Brain to contact them.

The guys from Pizza Brain also said they have looked at this thread.

Bob,

Thanks!  :)  I asked how long it takes for someone to be able to toss and twirl the dough like the guy did in the videos and he said it just takes practice.  I sure can't toss and twirl dough like they can.  I don't think I ever will be able to do that.   :-D

weemis,

The guys at Pizza Brain do make great pizzas.  ;) Hope you can visit someday and also give your opinion of their pizzas.  These pizzas were better than Best Pizza in Brooklyn, or even New Park in Brooklyn in my opinion.

Another audio from a radio station with Brian Dwyer, third article down.

http://philadelphia.cbslocal.com/2012/09/27/whats-cooking-on-1060-some-new-restaurants-and-the-pizza-museum/

Pizza Hutís head of marketing even gets involved and is down for the cause with trying to find the suit.
