My First Deep Dish!!!

Hello there!

Just thought I'd share a picture of a pizza I just made, I think I might of used too much of everything and I think replacing the olive oil with butter would be good. I used the recipe from realdeepdish since it seemed to be the simplest. I did eat half of the pizza though, lol I was hungry!!  :pizza: :pizza:

Hi,

Did u use a dark flour in your formulation?  It just looks dark, maybe it's just the lighting.

No, I used some all purpose flour. I don't think I used the right pan, I bought a chicago metallic pan today, I'm going to make a pillowy texture deep dish. I hope it turns out good.
