Hey!

Just wanted to say hi to all. Although I am a new member, I have been reading this site and making pizza for some time now. Kids always ask for pizza night! I'm originally from Long Island, NY and have been living in the Raleigh, NC area since 1995.

Almost forgot to add that one of my famous and most requested pizza creations that you may want to try is a NY style pizza with tomato sauce, sliced meatballs - homemade of course, grilled red peppers and onions, ricotta and mozarella cheeses. I've also sub'd sausage for the meatballs. Kids favorite is pepproni and pineapple.

Thanks! We actually live in Morrisville. If we do go, it's usually to Randy's. In Durham I've been to tomato Jakes. I found it odd that he uses Feta on his white pizza. We have also tried a new restaurant called Vino. They are more upscale but also make a decent pizza. When we lived in Cary we went to Sals, and Brooklyn boys.
