On pizza therapy's news colum a lady wrote in about how she won a cook-off for her pizza recipe. She said that her family had moved from New Haven to Memphis, after searching for a good pizza place she decided to start making pizza at home. (I geuss Memphis has lousy pizza places) At first she couldn't duplicate what she got in New Haven area. She then had a relitive bring some water from New Haven on a visit, Presto she then had a crust that tasted like back home pizzarias did. She claims its the minerals in that water. What do you'all thing about this?
