Pizza Making 101

Hello Pizza Lovers!   :pizza:

My son is a video game-aholic, so my purpose here is to learn to make homemade pizza with him and get him offline once in awhile.  We're a family of pizza lovin' people, but we've never made one from scratch.  Wish us good luck, and I will look forward to learning from all of you!

In my experience, the more exciting the better.  If he's old enough to an *aholic of any kind, he's old enough to sink his teeth into getting obsessive over one of the world's hardest foods to make right.

PJ, sounds like a GREAT idea to me. Bonding! There is a lot to learn here, takes some time to read but well worth the effort. Perhaps, if your son is up to it, you could both research one different aspect of the pizza making process and then compare notes by cooking a pizza. And if at first it aint perfect think of all the rejects you get to eat!!!!!!!
