Simple and delicious Pizza sauce

 If you are looking for a pretty good quality sauce for a fast food type pizza place, i would suggest Stanislaus procducts. They have 3 kinds of pizza sauce, Full Red,Saporito(super heavy) best bang for you're buck, and Super Dolce(heavy & sweet). They are some of the best canned pizza sauce in my opinion. www.pennmac.com has all stanislaus products.  you do not need a tax id, but you do need to call, they dont list on their website.  ask for rose, most other people there arent quite as friendly.

A friend told me today that there is a store on ashland avenue it's a cash and carry store that sells the Stanislaus products.
I will update this post when i go there and verify what they have.

N & S Sausage also carries it. They're on 159th about a half mile East of Cedar Road, in Homer Glen.

Any one in the Chicago land area I stopped by Battaglia distributing company today and validated that in fact they do sell the Stanislaus product line and by the can. They also are one of the biggest pizza distributors in the Chicago area selling to most Chicago pizzeria's. I picked up both the 7/11 and the Full Red Sauce #10 cans and a brick of F&M whole milk Mozz. They even sell the pizza box's   This is going to be a great pizza making weekend.....

I mostly just use crushed tomatoes, a little dried Italian seasoning, a clove or two of garlic, some paremesean, pinch of salt, pinch of sugar and that's about it...
