Question ???,

If I want to double my recipe, should I double yeast amount or should I use less?

I think it is safe to double it.

My wife works downtown, she had lunch there yesterday... I have a friend who lives in that building, I have not visited him for over a year. If the weather is nice, we may take the kids to discovery green, visit my friend and checkout the store. 3 birds in one stone.

The one downtown is quite a bit more upscale with only a tiny fraction of the product offering. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.
