Over the weekend, I made focaccia bread using a recipe that appeared recently in the food section of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. It was easy to make, very tasty and has earned a place in my recipe book.

The second is about an hour later, after being cut into squares. The last one is a sandwich made with deli roast beef, horseradish, a slice of mozzarella, romaine lettuce and sprinkled with garlic salt and black pepper.
