where to buy Caputo and other flours in Los Angeles?

I'm just getting going and have been ordering stuff online, but I figure that there's got to be some place here in Los Angeles (I'm in Silverlake specifically) that sells this stuff.

anyone got any ideas?

The US distributer of Caputo ships to a LA distributer called Italgourmet.  They are in Vernon and their number is 800.241.7189.  I'm not sure they can sell to you if you are not a reseller, but at worst they can tell you where to get some.

You can also order Caputo from pennmac.com (as well as Ezzo pepperoni and quality canned tomatoes!)

I was able to buy a 50 pound bag of caputo 00 flour for about $28.00 from this place.  They also have a nice selection of other Italian foods, Grande cheese, peperoni, tomatoes, etc................
