Fermipan red yeast

Hi Folks,
Has anyone one had any experience with Fermipan red yeast,found it in an asian store todaay and the only english on it says "add at the start of mixing" Any ideas?? :o

It's just IDY. Use about 25% less than you would ADY.
I love pigs. They convert vegetables into bacon.
