Thirteen Ingredients:
Montana wheat flour, water, salt, IDY, EVOO, sugar, tomatoes, prosciutto, bacon, Italian sausage, ground venison, pepperoni and mozzarella.

Bottom line, a little too much meat.

Salt. 1.5%
IDY 0.9 %
Pepper
Basil
Oregano
Garlic
Tomato
Italian hot sausage
Vermont smoked pepperoni
Part skim low moisture mozzerella
EVOO 3.5 %

All cooked on a 2 Stone @ 625-650F totàl cook time 4 min

I had a few going this last weekend, but unfortunately didn't tare out my scale correctly when making the dough.

I had a friend ask me to try out some pre-made flour ("the Great American" - "Pizza Parlor Style" - "Pizza Crust Mix")
from Pizza Blends Inc.  He had a partial leftover 24 lb bag.  I made 60 oz of dough last night, so I'll put something up for this and do a review of the dough in another thread.

Basically it is a pizza oven heated by propane mine 60k BTU/hr.
one stone on the bottom and one stone 6-8 inches on top. The oven design heats both stones, I have had mine over 800F but didn't cook a pie that hot. I may tho.
