Ack! I just joined, and this sounds like an amazing idea!
So many options for creativity, although I haven't gotten to read through all the past competitions. I'd think taking pizza to whole new levels... different construction, different global cuisines... I'm a big fan of molecular cooking and I'd love to experiment with making a pizza that still tastes like a pizza but looks like something completely different, just to confuse the senses, much in the way green ketchup does.
Heck, I didn't join in time to offer a Christmas themed idea... but I'd totally go for developing a Christmas goose pizza with mincemeat chaser...
