Thinking about buying a gas fired brick oven
« on: October 01, 2012, 08:23:35 PM »
Hey everyone, looking into expanding my business, have looked at so many ovens, just thought I would get some input from people who love to make pizza, like I do. Thanks for any info that you are able to provide.

A lot of members do not regularly look at introductory posts. Also, the introductory posts should not be the place to carry on substantive discussions. The place to do that is on the main part of the forum.

I don't have any experience with gas or wood brick ovens but I saw an add for a gas brick lined oven in PMQ mag. it looked very impressive. http://marsalsons.com/Marsal-MB-brick-lined-pizza-oven.wd
