Colony Grill - Stamford & Fairfield, CT - Thoughts on duplicating

I had my first Colony Grill pizza last night. I am no expert on thin crust bar pizza but this tasting will keep me coming back and hopefully with this boards help I will be able to duplicate it at home. I did find this review which does a good job of describing it and showing it with pictures.

There was also this how to article...

I've never explored cracker style dough but my first impression upon tasting was that is what this might be because it was crispy but it doesn't resemble the cracker style photos that have been posted. It was not Greek style bar pizza which I am very familiar with.
There was only one old mention of Colony on Pizza Making with no follow up. I'm hoping someone here can help.
Thanks.
