Oven is finished and a couple of quick pies...
« on: October 04, 2012, 04:24:57 PM »
So I finished my FGM 700 Neo oven, had the curing fires done and had a beautiful day, couldn't help but throw together an emergency dough and try it out.

Thanks for all the help here on the forum, I don't think I would have pulled the trigger without all the info and folks on here.

Here are a few pictures of the oven and first couple of pies:

Thanks Jeff, I highly recommend getting the oven.  already I think it has made a huge difference in what I can do compared to standard kitchen oven.

Here is a link to thread I just started on Neapolitan section with a little more time on dough and experience with oven ( 2nd time cooking)

The pizza looks really good. You did a fantastic job putting the oven together, it turned out really nice.
Email me some pictures when you get a chance, I would love to put one or two on my website.
