Oven is finished and a couple of quick pies...

So I finished my FGM 700 Neo oven, had the curing fires done and had a beautiful day, couldn't help but throw together an emergency dough and try it out. 

Thanks for all the help here on the forum, I don't think I would have pulled the trigger without all the info and folks on here.

Thanks Jeff, I highly recommend getting the oven.  already I think it has made a huge difference in what I can do compared to standard kitchen oven.

The pizza looks really good. You did a fantastic job putting the oven together, it turned out really nice.
